Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "They showed up ready to go. We wanted the condo cleaned due to cigarette smoke. I have since discovered although the refrigerator was cleaned inside, the outside was not touched. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though. Walls washed, ceiling fans and lights cleaned, 2 overhead lights were missed. For the price I paid, I did expect a little better."
