"I wanted to take this opportunity to leave a review for the landscaping work Good Samaritan Landscaping performed at my home. I had full landscaping installed, from irrigation, topsoil and ground leveling, concrete, fencing, rock, sod, and some extras. The results of their work have made my forever home beautiful, beyond my expectations. I receive comments from neighbors and guests often about the plan, the materials chosen, and how sharp the yard looks. I came upon Good Samaritan Landscaping through Angie’s List. I contacted them through the site and received a phone call the next morning. Leslie and Fred were quick to arrive at my home, talk about my needs and wants, and were compassionate to some constraints I was under. I had an idea of what I wanted and spoke with both Leslie and Fred about my needs and wants. They were quickly able to take my ideas and formulate a plan. I was placed into their schedule as quickly as they were able accommodate me, with other jobs they currently were involved in. Fred’s crew arrived a couple of weeks later with his equipment and began the large task of creating a yard and landscape from plain dirt. His crew worked carefully around my home, expertly avoiding the marked utilities, and the irrigation system was completed in days. Topsoil was brought in to level and properly grade the yard, which was done to Fred’s expert eye and satisfaction. Concrete curbing was then installed beautifully. Next was rock in the perimeter of the property and around the house. Fred and Leslie both looked hard for the type and color rock I had wanted. I was pleasantly surprised with stone that exceeded my expectations for color and beauty. The extra effort they took on this part of the job really sets my house apart from all others, I could not be more pleased. When sod arrived and went down, Fred was personally involved to make sure it was laid with expertise and care. The results of his work are outstanding. Fred and Leslie both are honest, genuine, and put their extra touch into their work. It is without hesitation that I give my highest complements and recommendation to Fred and Leslie at Good Samaritan Landscaping. What amazing people to work with! "Initial quote was just for driveway - everything was prepped and at the last minute, and in the middle of the job, I decided I needed a foundation and footings poured. Sione (owner) was able to adjust his teams schedule and made it happen even though this complicated the overall job quite a bit. If you have anything more complicated than a pad, driveway pour, etc. I'd suggest getting some blueprints in place and make sure they are clear. We ran into a few miscommunications based on what I wanted and what I conveyed....blueprints would have made things very clear and easy to follow. Again, not completely their fault as things changed drastically at the last minute by my own choosing. Also make sure all items are added to the contract so there are clear terms to what is expected on both sides. They worked fast and got the job done quickly. Cleanup at night was incredible - they left my yard in great condition and I was impressed with how they swept up any loose gravel, dirt, or rocks. The finish work made this entire job worth it. I looked at a few other competitors finish works (local jobs) and there was a huge difference in quality. The final touches on my driveway were impeccable and I will absolutely hire Sione and team for my next concrete needs. Bid was easy.....job was done fast....and the overall finished product exceeded my expectations. Side note: I bought the crew pizza a couple times throughout the week and they are all great men with good work ethic. It was a pleasure having them working in my yard."

"I obtained several bids and Chad's bid was the most reasonable. We had to work through some delay based on a claim on some rotting trex that had been installed previously by a different builder. Chad was knowledgeable about the decking industry and provided advice and contacts for resolving the problems with the previously installed defective material. His company demolished the old deck, built a beautiful new one and an addition. We are very happy with the excellent quality of their work and would highly recommend them. New sod, cement, sprinkler system, front and back porch, fence, cement pad, they pulled and cut trees and new rails around the patio. We have a completely new front and backyard. It’s so beautiful. We spend a lot of time outside just admiring their work. They were professional, fast and offered us the most reasonable price for everything we wanted.
