We were so impressed by Licio's approach of taking video and pictures and thorough documentation for pricing so that we could see just what was happening on our very steep roof and ridgeline- in addition to our vent and downspout. Licio then shared those pictures with his crew so there wasn't any guessing for them as they did the labor. He was honest about what we needed to do- even if it wasn't the most lucrative option for him. We had a downspout repaired, a spashshield installed, silicone rubber around the vents as well as a few patches on our roof. We knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Karla, the receptionist, was very responsive and answered my questions in a very professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend their service!"

The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."
