"I was contacted the same day I submitted my inquiry and had a scheduled appointment with in 24 hours. Finest Chimney contacted me 25 minutes before they arrived and they were exactly on time. Cleaning took about 20 minutes and they were very thorough and professional. They even gave me some feed back about future roof/chimney repairs. "Chimney Doctor gets a "A" for the actual chimney work and a "F" for clean-up (which averages out to a "C"). The mortar between the bricks of our chimney was beginning to deteriorate. We hired Chimney Doctor to tuckpoint most of the chimney and perform other minor work re: the cap. The work itself was done in a reasonable amount of time and looks great. That said, the chimney is located right next to our new composite deck that we had built a few months ago. I emphasized several times in writing to the company that the deck was the largest investment we had made in the house and we were very sensitive about protecting it. They acknowledged this sentiment multiple times, also in writing. Despite these requests, the furniture and the deck surfaces were a complete mess after they finished their work. The workers allowed the dust to settle on the deck and, due to the high humidity, this dust adhered itself to every surface. The company acknowledged this issue and did send an employee days later to clean the deck. Unfortunately, this was ineffective. It took me hours over several days (I had to wait for the deck to dry each time to see spots I missed) of power washing and scrubbing to get the deck clean again and to clean each item of furniture. When I informed them of this situation, they did apologize but provided no other refund or resolution. I recognize this process creates dust and that's just part of the work, but I think they could've done much more to either proactively protect the deck, to suggest that WE should've put some tarps down on our own, or to pay for a professional 3rd party company to come in and clean up. All told, if your chimney is nowhere near a nice patio/deck/etc., then by all means hire Chimney Doctor. If it is near an area you're sensitive about, then I'd look elsewhere or at least be prepared for a large clean-up effort on your part."

"Called Dave to inspect and repair chimney of 40-year-old house after home inspection stated that both chimney and furnace flu needed re-lining and chimney to be rebuilt from roof-line on up to the tune of thousands of dollars.  Dave inspected the chimney and found that the chimney flu did not need re-lining and the chimney could be repaired & weatherproofed, rather than rebuilt - this saved us money and maintained the rustic charm of the existing chimney.  He was very thorough in his inspection and taught us everything we would need to know about chimney maintenance, safety and structure.  His partner, Ken, did a masterful job of repairing our chimney - he replaced the individual bricks with aged ones, then sealed/waterproofed the brickwork - our chimney is safe and maintains its' charming appearance.   He also re-lined the furnace flu and placed the chimney cap.  Dave returned to replace our worn-out fireplace damper and cleaned our chimney.  Although the price for each service was a little on the higher side of other estimates, his creativity and knowledge of alternative fixes saved us money in the long run, and the quality of the work was well worth the price charged."

"From my initial request the team at All Pro was very responsive and professional. Scheduling the repair was easy, the price was extremely fair, and Kenny was great to work with. He showed me the end result with detailed pictures which I thought was great. He also made recommendations for future repairs and the photos made it easy for me to see my crumbling chimney. I won't hesitate to consider using them for my future needs."

"They installed a new chimney and now its leaking worse than before I had the chimney installed. For the amount I paid I should not have any leaks. The provider told me he would come out to put more sealant around the chimney. I'm not comfortable with that resolution to add more sealant, when my roofer informed me that the chimney guys put the pan back on incorrectly. I would like to have a 3rd opinion."

"Carlos did an amazing job in fixing our three exhaust pipes going through the roof. They were leaking water around them and now the leaks are gone. Carlos put new upgraded storm caps on them that will keep blowing rain out of them and he put tar over the flashings to seal them. Very professional and he was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any exhaust flue or chimney work!!"

"It was a tremendous pleasure working with Victor. He seemed much more interested in doing business with me than the other contractors who provided estimates. His communication is excellent so I was never concerned that he would not follow through with his promises. I told him what I needed and he made several excellent recommendations along the way. It took him only two days to build a solid foundation and assemble a 7' x 7' plastic shed along with a great ramp to easily move things in and out. The shed looks great and I couldn't be happier with the very friendly Victor and the terrific job he did!"

"From beginning to end, the service was exceptional from the St. Joseph team. Nick spent a great deal of time to assess all of the details about what was needed to replace our roof. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful while deciding exactly which shingles and color would be best. He and his team provided many references for work they have done. Once we decided on shingles and.color, the installation crew arrived on time and did an extraordinary job. It took two full days and it looks incredible! The customer service throughout the process was extraordinary. Andy snd Isaac went above and beyond! Finally, the clean-up of materials after the job was perfect! Our expectations were far exceeded by the St. Joseph’s team. We would highly recommend them, especially after the estimates and service that was offered by their competitors! You will not be disappointed, if you hire this outstanding team!"
