They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

Joel has always super responsive (so many never even call back once!), and was excellent at following up when *I* wasn't super responsive. When I had questions they were always answered quickly and clearly. As far as the actual work, I'm not sure that I'm able to judge one roofing job to another, but I can say there isn't anything else that I would ask for! Joel and his team identified problem areas and replaced wood as required to remedy any rot that had developed over the last 30 years. The new roof looks great! Northern Counties Roofing Systems might not have the most glitzy marketing materials compared to some of the other contractors in town, but the price, responsiveness, and finished product all speak for themselves.
