For both jobs, one on the roof for multiple leaks and one to change the direction of a down-spout for out gutter, I was very satisfied with their work. In both cases, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any defects -- great quality! They were very meticulous in their attention to detail and found several areas where my roof needed repairs and they were able to address each one of them in a timely manner. After the job was complete, they made sure all their waste materials were picked up and you could not even tell they had been onsite, other than the fact that the leaks in the roof were gone. Licio is a fantastic contact, when he comes out, he is very professional, very helpful in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done. He also comes back and ensures that the work that was completed is done according to the specifications agreed to in the quote. The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."
