"I found Greg to be both knowledgeable and responsive. He designed and built a sunroom addition, which is now my favorite part of our home. His crew was respectful and diligent. Most of them and his subs were well qualified, but a few needed greater supervision. The project took longer to complete than contracted for, but was not significantly delayed, especially considering that it was undertaken during the height of the pandemic. The design was well thought out, and most of the work well executed, though some of it needed returns and fixing (which Greg did). On the whole, Greg is a hard worker, and the sunroom adds considerably to our enjoyment of the house."

"Excellent work. These guys came in and did a tremendous amount of work each day. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in the first two days - and it was one of the hottest weeks of the summer. There were other contractors onsite at the same time and everyone got their jobs done. They worked carefully and neatly around the areas I wanted kept clean and original. They kept true to the plan schedule. The painter I hired afterward commented on how nice a job they did finishing the surfaces in preparation for the paint. "The job went according to plan and looks amazing. I met with LR Higgins Inc. late winter and we discussed the job I needed done. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. He updated me on a regular basis to let me know when he thought the product would be delivered and a start date. His crew was informative and very clean. All debris was picked up and swept up. I have used LR Higgins in the past and I keep gong back to them. They do a FANTASTIC job!"

"Brian worked with us for about 12 months on scheduling the project as we had significant exterior repairs to porches and trim due to winter damage. He assisted us on paint selection (many different shades) and ultimately we choose a slighly darker shade than was currently on the home. Brian's attention to detail was evident on the finished product. The pallette of Grey is crisp against the bright white trim, and the moldings and bead board ceilings of the porches appear to jump out in detail. Brian was willing to work around repair projects and move on to other areas of the home, while repairs to trim occurred. Some sections of the home were beyond the reach of ladders and Brian rented a Boom Lift to assist with these higher areas. The work took 3-4 weeks, which was a bit longer than some of the quotes we received from larger companies; however, Brian's attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our schedule were welcomed. We would reccomend him to anyone looking for a good value, and great attention to detail. <br />"

"Joe was very thorough and professional. Easy to deal with whether you are a contractor or a homeowner. Joe was very punctual did not rush or try and finish the job prematurely. He took the time to let drywall dry and did an amazing job keeping the seems straight on a tough Gable dormer. I have had Joe perform do drywall work twice on this project. Each time I have had him contract out the paint so walls were primed and ceilings were finished allowing me to paint right out of the chute. I would highly recommend Joe."
