They also have an online appointment system which is great. For a fee they winterize my system (which I had not done and was the cause of my pipes bursting) and reopen and inspect my system in the spring."

They were courteous and took their time assessing the issues. They surveyed the property, dug things up, located 45 sprinkler heads, etc., and was able to pinpoint the issues and repair my sprinkler system. "I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

"Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"Everything went absolutely perfect. Mike from D & D trees was very knowledgeable, professional and very honest. Other companies were charging twice as much and wanted to use a crane to remove one of the large 100' Red Oak Tree's we had in the front. Mike determined it was rotting from the inside out and within 3 days, had two trees and about 10 bushes removed. He came back on Saturday to verify we were happy with all services rendered. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for any of your tree services."
