"The crew showed up right on time. They identified the leak in my tile roof and repaired it. I'm very happy with the project; the crew was very meticulous with their work."

"Had a leak at the exhaust vent on the tile roof. Brian came out to inspect, took pictures, measurements, discussed plans, supplies and costs; very transparent. We moved ahead with repairs. When crew arrived they also went over the plans then processed with repairs. When completed they went over photos they took as they made repairs showing the damage from the leak, and the step in repairing. Again very transparent and professional. The completed repairs, you would never known they were on the roof or that repairs were made. The roof still looks great and no leaks. We have used Code Red Roof in the past and have been very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and costs."

"We just had a metal roof put on by Olmedo Roofing Company. The service, quality and professionalism was second to none. The crew worked hard each day, cleaned up impeccably, respected our property, pulled permits quickly, passed inspection with flying colors, explained all products and options clearly. Used a drone and showed us anywhere wood needed to be replaced. We have used a lot of trades for various things and I can tell you these guys knocked it out of the park. If youâ re thinking about having your roof done, give them a call. Couldnâ t be happier with our results!"

"I highly recommend Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc.. The helped me out when a dead-beat roofer tore my old roof off, then ran off with the second distribution of funds without putting the new metal down. After telling my issue to Kelly, she had the crew over here that day to give me an estimate to finish off the job. They were prompt, on time, listened to any concerns and finished off the job better than I could of imagined. You canâ t go wrong with hiring Ryan Holmes Contracting, Inc., and I do not see the need to look for anyone else. Its hard-to-find solid help if you are not a local here in Florida, and I will be recommending them to any of my neighbors in the future that want to get their roof replaced. Thanks Kelly and team for helping me out, I really do appreciate it."

"Beyond Excellent!! Easy to discuss project (replace some damaged tiles and seal one exhaust pipe - not a big job). Negotiated price. Kept me appraised of scheduling. Arrived prepared (an experienced crew!). Provided photos of areas proof of all repairs done. Would definitely use these folks again."
