"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "I had a different company come out previously to do a sweep and inspection. I have a fireplace with a wood stove insert. The first company told me that they could not pull my wood stove out because it was improperly installed and gave me a long list of items that I needed to get fixed (some of which seemed redundant) and that I shouldn't use my chimney until all the work was complete. I didn't get a good feeling from them so I called Complete Chimney to come out and do a second inspection to see what they thought. Scott and Jimmy (I think) came out and one of the first things they did was pull out my wood stove. They inspected my chimney and talked to me realistically about what I should have done. I have an old wood stove that I am not quite ready to replace, and asked if they could fit a new liner to my existing stove. He told me the new wood stoves require a 6 inch liner, where mine was an 8 inch, but told me they could install a boot to adapt to the old wood stove until we are ready for a new one. He was professional and didn't speak down to me. Since the weather was getting cold, I was worried about not getting put on their schedule in time. Scott called the office for me on the spot, and made my appointment for me. Andrew came out to do the work with a helper. They were on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed that Andrew knew the exact work that needed to be done, he even cleaned the shelf behind the stove that the previous company did not do because they never pulled my stove out. Even though they were there for several hours, there was not a speck of soot anywhere, except the workers! Will definitely use them again! <br />"

"We have moved to our house 2 years ago and haven’t had a chimney sweep since because we have used about 3/4 of a cord. We figured it was finally time to do so and called Advanced Chimney andI was able to get an appointment within a week. Upon arrival, they took a look up my chimney and said they will not be taking my money today because our chimney has barely anything in it and there is no cleaning required. We were told we were good for another year. I was surprised and appreciative for the honesty. Afterwards we talked about inserts and the owner went into great detail explaining to me what is included in the price, that the process is and making me understand what works best and why. "Obviously I had concern over possible expense of new heat pump system, but Phil visited us Monday morning, opened and flushed out the system Freon gas, replaced a valve and low and behold, system works great. This is one of 3 heat pumps we have on service contract with HGH and no matter what weather conditions persist, HGH will pull out stops to restore service promptly. We highly recommend HGH for AC support. In addition Phil recently recharged our Sub Zero refrigerator when another company only wanted to sell us a new $9,000 refrigerator. HGH has a polite, talented tech team as well as professional office staff. Great company to deal with. My son had HGH install a complete thermo based heat pump system at their home several years ago and they are very satisfied with cost efficiency and HGH maintenance of system. In fact my son recommendation is why we selected HGH for our service."

"I didn't like the fact that when they came out, after they came and gave me an estimate at the last minute, they told me I needed a whole new liner which is next to $7000. No one was expecting that, I was kind of put on the spot. I thought they were very professional. I was very impressed with the work they did. I thought it was expensive. The other people came out and they gave me prices but they never came out to start on the job and then told me the liner was bad but their prices were higher than McDowell's for the same type of work of rebuilding the chimney."
