I just bought a house in Visalia and it turned out the underground gutter drainage system was completely clogged and flooding the back yard. Had no idea where the pipes went or where it was clogged. Ebert had an excellent understanding of how those systems were constructed and how to best diagnose where the problems were via a fiber optic camera snake. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
