"I had my roof replaced in Orlando, Fl , this April 2024. I had the great priviledge and pleasure to have Eddie Alacan as the Representative of Quality Roofing Solutions. Eddie is great; I am impressed by his professionalism. Eddie helped me understand what is involved in the job. His patience to explain Has no equal. Eddie keeps his words; He returns my calls within 5 min (the most). Eddie makes sure that the customer be satisfied with the work done. "I bought a deal from Angie's list. The technician did good job to clean, maintain and inspect the roof. He found a small leak on the roof and told me they will come back to fix the leak for $268. They will come to fix the problem tomorrow.

"I don't usually do reviews but they definitely earned my respect & admiration after replacing my roof a few weeks ago. After Hurricane Sally destroyed my 6 year old roof I started the seemingly unattainable task of finding a trusted company to install a new roof. The main criteria I was looking for was simple: honesty, timeliness, consideration for my property, quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and all at a fair price. My first contact with Tadlock was with Bill Harris. He's professional, hard-working, obviously dedicated to his profession and especially to his clients. I always got an honest answer - even if it wasn't the answer I necessarily wanted to hear. The crew that came out was fast and efficient at getting the site prepped around my house with tarps to minimize debris (nails!). They were hardworking, professional, and always kept me informed of progress. Getting a new roof during a pandemic is probably the most aggravating environment to try to run a business with kids being home-schooled but I couldn't have asked for a better crew to get the job done quickly and done right. I would highly recommend Tadlock to anyone looking for true roofing experts you can trust!"
