"Peoria tile is great! My basement flooded back early March. After a poor experience with our insurance company and another provider. Surprisingly I had received a text within minutes.(I didnâ t think people worked after 6pm) also I called several local business in Bloomington. I received a fair quote over pictures and videos I sent in that night. The next day Trevor came out and verified the quote. I paid the deposit also to my surprise Trevor was able to start the drywall repair the next day. (Everything is back order?) not for these guys. Trevor communicated daily when he was coming and going. We had a vacation planned so we left our key and Trevor was in and out with no problems. One week from contacting Peoria Tile and carpentry my basement is completed. To give you an idea of our basement itâ s fully finished, full bathroom, and a guest room. One week completion!!! Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."
