Not the case with this company! Phil came out explained exactly what the coats would be for each piece of the job from repair through restoration after we had flooding. The price was very reasonable and work for started right away. When an unexpected issue came up that had to be addressed before repairs could continue, we were given multiple options at different price points to fix it. At no time were decision points made into high pressure sales pitches. Our contractor Jose was reliable, professional, and respectful of our home. Bonnie who worked with scheduling the work was easy to reach whenever we needed. Hopefully I never have issues in my basement again but I would hire basement gurus without hesitation if I did."
