The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

They said they couldn't repair the portable one (#2) I'd been using. I wanted the new one to go in the living room where the original one was, but they said it was going to be a problem to wire it there.
