"After scheduling the work, Roger called me back to talk through my situation to make sure the testing they could do would meet my expectations. Chris arrived 10 minutes early, discussed my situation with me, explained some work options and gave me his recommendation on how to proceed. He then surveyed our drains with the camera, identifying all of the drain sources and how they connected to the main line. He talked it through with me to make sure I was following along, answered my questions and showed me what he was seeing on the camera. He then plugged the drain with a test ball and filled the system. After seeing no significant drop in water level after 15 minutes he repeated the test with the drains plugged in a couple of different positions with the same result. No significant leaks! Best money I ever spent on a plumber! Chris offered a couple of possible explanations for how the previous plumber's test may have shown leakage. I grilled him with some very specific and repeated questions to make sure I knew exactly what he was thinking. He was happy to talk through it all and made sure I was informed and satisfied with the answers. Most helpful was that throughout his work he explained to me what he was doing and showed me what he was seeing -- camera views and water levels. So in the end, I had zero feeling that I was just taking his word for it on anything. All around, this was a very positive experience and I'll certainly call Roger's again if the need arises."
