From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup.
