We had them widen the front entryway and door, install plexiglass on hallways, remodel the bathroom substantially for wheelchair access, install tile and paint the 1500 square foot interior. The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."
