"The provider was late. I understand that problems arise. But a call would have been nice.  We had area rugs cleaned in the living room, dining room, family room, dinette area and some runners. The process was extremely fast. But the carpets were soaked. It took 3 days for them to dry and we ended up having to put the runners outside and in the garage to get them dry. We were worried about the hardwood floors under the area rugs being damaged from so much water. 
We have done the carpets ourselves in the past with a rental machine. Within 3-4 hours the rugs were dry to the touch and cleaner. As it stands, many of the stain areas seem worse now, only 4 months later.

They are prompt, respectful of CV-19 protocols and your home, fair in pricing, efficient and hard-working, accomplished in achieving the best results, kind and extremely professional. They got stains out of off-white carpeting that were years old, including the black filtration edge dirt that often accumulates around the perimeter of installed areas. Additionally, they made my upholstered furniture come back to life with color and brightness! Everything smells fresh and there are no dangerous chemicals used - merely a releasing agent and hot water. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
