"They were very fast and had top of the line equipment but I feel like they overcharged me. They even did some upgrades on the sewer main. They were fast , efficient and used best equipment for the job. They put a big improvement by adding sewer line access intake pipes (2) so that you can now clear out sewer Clogs from the back yard intake access pipes without running a snake from inside the bathroom. They did a hydro jet clear out which was expensive but did eliminate the roots which were entangled in the main sewer drain line. That said they did charge very expensive for the job as it was financed thru Syncrony Bank and they did charge it to the max. I should have gotten a senior discount but did not ask as it was emergency rush job which had to be done fast. I Tried to have advanced mechancial do the job first as they are my preferred plumbers and are very reasonable but they declined to do job because they did not want to go up on roof. Then I called clearall."

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.  <br />"

"The plumber was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained all troubleshooting methods and the results. He left the areas were he was working clean. He determined that the leak was from our air conditioner unit so we did not need to utilize their services. Would recommend this company. He wrote up an estimate for an unrelated issue, and will likely have them repair our main shutoff valve soon as the estimate was a very good price when compared to other plumbing companies."
