When I questioned the plumber about  this, he muttered, "customers!" and went to his truck for a valve which he then installed. <br /> My problem with Garrett is that the quality and professionalism you get when you call for service varies with the person who shows up for the job. I've noticed this from past experiences. For that reason, I'm looking for a plumber with consistent quality employees. For this job, I believe the plumber was probably well qualified, but I believe that he should have installed the same type of hardware that he removed (the shut-off valve) before proceeding. <br />"
