"Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"

Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"
