They refinished floors in 3 1/2 rooms plus a long hallway and added hardwood in the master, including matching up in the hallway and dining room to the living room (pictured). He just completed a project for me that required complete refinishing and resurfacing of seven rooms and stairwells in a 100-year-old house. The original project was to sand and refinish the floors, but as we began work, we found substantial pet urine damage to the floorboards and subfloors. Gary replaced over 270 boards in the home before we refinished the new wood and lightened up the colors of the former stain while coating the final floor with two coats of sealer.
