"5 Stars! Class act! True professionals! We have a large home that had been invaded by bats. And when I say invaded, I mean a nasty, smelly, wall and roof damaging invasion. Our whole house smelled like cats had peed all over for years. It was the bat urine and guano in our walls and roof! They were always happy to take my call, answer all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!), and schedule work to my convenience. They arrived on time every time, worked for 10 to 12 hours a day to keep their promise of completing the job in 3 days, communicated with me throughout the entire process and treated me and our home with respect. They tore out walls, replaced sheet rock, repainted and even happily took on extra projects I kept adding to the list. Our home is now bat free and smells clean and fresh! I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Western Bat Specialists.
