Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. They worked with my insurance company and got everything approved the way it needed to be and I had to do nothing but pick out what color I wanted! "During spring cleaning I noticed roof shingles were missing. I talk to a couple of companies about the roof but was undecided about hiring. Bob the builder performed an inspection and provide an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the estimate and conversation so I signed the contract the same day. The roof was completed in a timely manner and I am satisfied with my new roof and the service provided. A neighbor stop by to inquire about my new roof and I recommended the Bob the Builder. They also did the neighbor roof."

"Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."
