He was on time, polite, listened to us when we told him what we were seeing, and went with my husband to see what we were concerned about. He did what we thought was a thorough evaluation and actually traced the ants that were coming in the weep hole to a tree near our house that was infested with them! Who knew? He treated both bath and bedroom and we have been ant-free since. I am SO thankful! When it was time to pay the technician actually told us there was a coupon available to new customers. I never expected that to be part of the service. We feel Metro Pest took excellent care of us. Thank you, Metro."
