That is not her business, and I should not have to justify what I do in my own house. The situation became even more uncomfortable when I had family members present and felt pressured to explain myself. On top of that, she made inappropriate threats, saying I could be arrested, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. When I expressed dissatisfaction and considered hiring another cleaning crew to finish the job correctly, she became defensive rather than taking responsibility. She often uses excuses like ?my husband is sick? or ?I?m at the hospital,? which appears to be a pattern to avoid accountability. Zero star"
