"Jessica and Brad have been absolutely on top of the job which has turned out to be way more complicated than first thought. They have kept on top of everything efficiently and with a great attitude. They have gone out of their way to get things sorted out for us and their charges have been extremely reasonable. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Jason from L&M Construction quoted a very fair price, did an excel lent job in replacing our exsisting roofing, cleaned up thoroughly, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. We had multiple communications during the job and he was always accomadating and even keeled in his approach. Subsequently we have used him again for flood repairs and consultations on home improvements and never been disappointed. I strongly recommend L&M Construction and will be definitely be using them again."
