Everyone involved were so professional and knowledgeable. Angie helped us along the way to pick out the product we were happy with. AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. "Rich and Chad came out to my parents home and during the inspection discovered there had been a chimney fire in both chimney's at some point and they were unsafe to use in that condition. They carefully showed us the camera images and explained what everything was to my elderly parents. They suggested we contact our home insurance provider and said they would provide the information to submit. The estimate was very detailed, including photos and brochures about chimney safety and I submitted the information. State Farm immediately agreed to cover the damage and a crew from Jiminy Chimney came out and completed the work in horrible cold conditions because my Dad wanted to have a fire in the fireplace for Christmas. "My interaction with Joe at Elite Chimney is how I wish things went with every contractor that I worked with. Joe Rudd responded to my Angie's list request for quotes within 5 minutes (beating the other 2 vendors by half a day) and was cordial, confident and informative. I had a time issue that would have eliminated Elite based on their first availability so Joe responded by offering to squeeze me in between other jobs in less than a week from my call. He arrived with an assistant and they were friendly and efficient, carefully covering the area as they swept the chimneys. They climbed to the roof to check things out and sent up a drone to show great overhead pictures of the chimneys, my first good look at the new chimney caps that I had recently had installed. They recommended new igniters as one was rusting out and the other was damaged. I love this wonderful company and would use them again in an instant."

"About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. They did the temporary fix for no charge, with the agreement that I would have them do the roof and gutters this year. They were very nice to work with.
