We met with Project Manager, Alex O who inspected the roof, got us a fair bid (not the lowest but much lower than the highest bid), gave us information about the shingle manufacturer and how long the whole process would take. Alex assured us that CCX would do the work properly and in a timely manner and would guarantee their work. We appreciated the calls, texts, and visits with Alex throughout this process and we appreciate the hard workers who pounded nails for hours in the hot sun. Our roof is beautiful and we trust that we will be warm and dry for at least 20 years. Highly recommend CCX Roofing."

The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation.
