"I'm sorry to write this review because I wrote one when they first came that was all As. They did a professional and prompt job, and the owner was easy to deal with. I'm not sure what has happened, but that roof is leaking, we need it fixed (less than 4 years after it was done). I called and the owner sent out someone who said we needed a whole new roof, I guess not realizing that they had replaced the porch roof which should have lasted decades. I called and also emailed 3 times. He said he would get back to me, but I cannot get a response. Downgrading from A based on roof leaking within 4 years and no one coming to fix it."

"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. From start to finish it was evident that Triple Crown does not cut corners on materials, technique, or workmanship. "Absolutely terrific work from beginning to end. Completely took off the roof and replaced in 2 days. Looks beautiful. Very easy professional communication with the owner and always he is always quickly to answer our questions. The price was very reasonable too. "Called Ron Joyner on 10/9/13 around 9:00am to obtain an estimate.  He said he'd be at the house that afternoon between 1:00 & 2:00.  He arrived at 1:30, introduced himself, and obtained the measurements.  We then sat down and he told me all about the materials they used and what they offered as far as underlayments for the metal.  He showed me all the specs on the metal and gave warranty information.  He had a large binder full of before and after photos of houses they had roofed and told me of a number of houses within a couple of miles of my house if I wanted to ride by and look at some of their work.  He gave me quotes on the different gauges of metal and the underlayments.  He was very knowledgeable of his product and this estimate lasted about 2 hours.  I was impressed to say the least.  Two other business estimators didn't spend 20 minutes total at the house.  Even though Weatherproof was more expensive (around $1500 more), I chose them due to the world class service I received.  I signed a contract the next day which required a 40% down payment.  The next available date for roof installment was the week of November 11th.  The roofing crew showed up the Friday before to take some measurements and were here about 20 minutes.  My only concern through this whole process had to do with the company not keeping me informed on when they were going to show up.  I actually called them Wed 13th since I had heard from no one.  Ron told me the job they were trying to complete was taking a lot more time due to the extreme pitch on the roof.  I didn't hear from anyone until they showed up around noon on Friday the 15th.  They started work around 2:00 and worked until dark.  They came back at 7:00am Saturday and finished the roof around 2:30pm.  They were short a little on the wrap they put around the roof vents and came back the following Wednesday and finished the job.  They cleaned up the yard very well and kept their materials orderly during the job.  The workmen were very proficient and friendly.  I highly recommend this company and would use them again, if needed. <br />"
