She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

"Our experience with Erick and his crew has been GREAT. We were first referred to them to repair some shoddy work that was done by another irrigation contractor. They had to weave around existing plants and concrete, but got the system fixed with no disruption to the landscaping. We then hired them to install a new system in our backyard and around our pool. It was a complex job with multiple elevations around retaining walls, with separate lines for trees, lawn, planter areas, and even stone planters that are built into our pool coping. Their system works great and we’ve now used them for about a year for all of our weekly and seasonal landscape maintenance. They are a young crew, but very knowledgeable and polite."

"First, let me state this review is a little over a month after the work was completed. I typically like to make sure everything is good for some time before writing a review. My sprinkler system had a major leak that I couldn't find way back before covid started. I ended up just shutting the water off to the entire system and because it was the end of summer, we just never got it repaired, and ended up hand watering for the next couple summers. Anyhow we decided this summer (because it was so hot) to go ahead and get it fixed. We did some looking around and ended up going with Tito's Sprinkler Solutions. We had a lot of work done, including replacing a couple zone valves, fixing a few leaks, replacing and repositioning several heads both because some where bad, or because we had changed enough landscape that different type heads were better suited for the new landscape. Tito initially came out with his co-worker later in the day to give us an initial estimate and ended up replacing two valves that day, and diagnosing/troubleshooting the remainder of the system so he could give a fair quote for what was left. the remainder of the work was done over 1 full and 1 partial day and was pretty extensive. The finished product works great, and my wife is extremely happy to have the greenest yard on the block again with a lot less work put in, and I'm happy with the quality work done. I'd definitely hire Tito again for any future sprinkler needs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family if the need arised in the future."
