"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

"Wilmar and Frankie did an excellent job in replacing the flange of my toilet and the pipe underneath. I could not find a match of the linoleum around the toilet. I don't even know how Fankie managed to cut the old squares so well that they could be reinstalled. He jack hammered the concrete slab underneath in a way to minimize the dust. Wilmar and Frankie covered the floor, they wore their masks, they were very pleasant to deal with, friendly, patiently explained procedures and cleaned up afterwards. I already gave my work colleagues Wilmar's number. I recommend Wilmar's service."

Sergio provided us a range of options and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to also fix other issues we'd been considering and we were provided with a fair estimate for completing all the work at once. We agreed to also install a pressure regulating valve and a home filtration system. The Tankless Guys team was punctual on the day we began the work. They did the best they could to minimize disruptions, letting us know when we would have a water interruption and returning it as soon as possible. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail. They took their time to clean up the area they were working on at the end of the day, covering potential hazards and marking them off, and organizing the space to begin the next day. The team did uncover a couple of issues in our older home, which caused the project to take a little longer. They did not cut corners - Sergio, Daniel and Ray took their time to fix the issues so the installations could be installed properly and up to code, and to avoid other problems in the future.
