It was crazy! So, O'Connor knocked out both nests and did two sweeps over the entirety of my yard to look for any more. The treat was quick and thorough, and both nests were done within 48 hours. Couldn't ask for better service or a nicer group of people to work with. And they're locally owned, which makes it even better!"

"We just have it done every three months. If we find an insect or something between times, you would call them. They'll come right out and do whatever has to be done. We had so many insects come in that one time. I don't remember what they were now. They've been here about a month before. But they came out an took care of it at no extra charge. They're helpful. I mean, if you call them in the middle of a between-times with a problem, they'll come out. We had spiders this last fall, and they came out and brought these little traps that you put down. And we got rid of them. Within a week I didn't see any. One time we had a mouse in the pool shed, and he ate through a bunch of stuff. So they came out and brought out the stuff to put down. They didn't charge anything; they just dropped them off one day when they came and were out this way."

As it turns out the expert told me that the problem was carpenter ants and because there was no current evidence of them, it was from years earlier and I do remember getting a treatment about 25 years ago.
