"The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim’s Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!"

The work was done very well, Greg was very pleasant to work with and left the house clean and in good condition. The reason that I am giving a "C" for price is, because they are the only contractors that we have had out doing work that charged a "fuel charge" each time (2) that they came out. "This was the MOST professional contractor I have dealt with in 30 years; on time, professional, accurate, clean, patient, etc. <br /> I'll give them a very well deserved AAAAA+++++  rating and a personal recommendation. <br />      Overall; we had 5 different radon services provide estimates, and this work was about ~~$100 more than all of the others. However, they were the only contractors who: <br /> 1. Noticed that we needed to seal under the basement bathtub.  They included this work; this was a huge radon source <br /> 2. Noticed our in-floor forced air system and the need to seal these 12 vents. This was included in their costs. <br /> 3. Installed the radon system into the drain tile system, not just into the cover of the sump pump. Nobody else offered to do this, and I'm sure this was harder to do, and also a lot more effective. <br /> 4. Installed a system to monitor the operation of the system. No one else offered this small but useful feature. <br /> 5. Provided fire caps for the garage/attic pipe going thru the drywall. <br />    The overall installation is very nice to look at; professional. The fan is so quiet you wouldn't know it was there. <br /> Very, very pleased with the service. <br />"

"Work was very high-quality and done quickly and as cleanly as concrete removal/replacement can be. We have had water issues in our basement over the years and decided to finally do a long-term solution. We went with Standard Water Control largely because we had gotten a quote from them a few years earlier and were impressed with the sales guy's professionalism. Standard Water Control ripped up the old cement along the edges of the house and installed drain tile, then came back the next day and sealed it back up. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the work. The people we interacted with were all very helpful and professional. The new sump pump is electronically monitored so we can see its status at a glance. It went so well that we decided to have the radon mitigation pump installed by them as well, which they came back to do a few weeks later. The price includes all of this."
