"I am so happy that Charlie came and fixed my roof. It was leaking, missing shingles and had some damage from a storm a few years back. Now, it looks like new! Not only did he do a great job fixing it up, but he also coated it with some sort of gel that will help protect it for years to come. Its amazing how much of a difference it made in the overall appearance of my house. The Charlie at CJS was super professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my roof in the future. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. His expertise and attention to detail was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the final result"

"They are very prompt and attentive to detail. In addition to the roof repairs, they replaced a fascia board on the front of my house. They asked me if I had some paint so they could paint it for me. I thought that was really nice since painting was not included in the price. They definitely go the extra mile to do a good job."

"Justin was a pleasure to work with. Very Pleasant, friendly person and professional answered all our questions we had before we got started and accepted the contract. Justin worked with us on price to be able to get the job done in our budget. His crew did a terrific job in a timely manner. The clean up the crew did was perfect. Did not have to pick up anything after them. Have already recommended him to our front office for other s looking for roof repairs. Would defiantly recommend his company. Thank Justin!!!"

"First Response Roofing was able to repair our broken tiles and do a routine cleanup for a very reasonable price. I had two other roofing companies out to assess our damaged roof tiles and both wanted to either charge for full or partial roof replacement. I felt like First Response Roofing gave a honest quote at a very reasonable price. They were very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend."

"John Day called me within minutes of my home advisor request. John showed early am same day, reviewed my issue gave me an estimate and stated he could finish my repair same day. John took a tile with him to his tile supplier and matched my existing roof tiles. John returned and repaired our roof tiles and sealed all exhaust pipes with sealant within a few hours, reviewed the fixes and cleaned off roof debris. The price was reasonable as well, I would recommend John Day for all your roof repairs."

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."
