"We hired S & R Roofing to replace our 30 year old tile roof. We worked directly with Charlie St Clair the owner. We were extremely happy with the professional manner that everything was performed as we expected! His team showed up and worked very hard to get the job completed! We would highly recommend S & R roofing for any of your roofing needs!"

"This company and its employees epitomize professionalism. From sales through acceptance, everyone was friendly and respectful. After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"We had roof storm damage from the Monsoon this summer. German roofing was the best bid to replace the entire roof, and had the best warranty as well. Manuel, Dianna, Lu, and the installers were great. Good communication via email and phone calls. We are very pleased with the final outcome, and the roof looks fantastic. Thank you all!"

"Not good, but I blame myself for letting myself get fast talked into rushing the job and not seeing through the fast talk, car salesman type of pitch. First they were very over priced but I didn't mind that if the job was superior, it wasn't. Hughey, the salesman, told me that he had a break in jobs so he could give me a good price if I didn't get any more estimates and sign up with him now. He kept reiterating that his company was number one in Las Vegas in house painting. I did read other reviews on Angies List and it did say that they were pricey but did a good job so that along with the sales pitch caused me and my wife to go with this company. First thing that happened was the painters broke my security camera wires, okay an understandable mistake and Hughey paid for repairs, after the house was painted I asked the painter in charged about a hole Hughey said he noticed where my two roofs met, he said that it wasn't a hole, just a space but closed in by a board, okay no problem. Hughey told me that they were using a superior paint thus the slightly higher price for the job, okay I can understand that, yet on the left side frame of my house the paint is pealing already after two weeks, before that I noticed that all of my window frames needed touch up, to his credit he came out himself and touched them up. Today I noticed that the round brick pillars below my roof line needed touch up, you can see the old color. I would think that they would extend the line from the house a little to cover up the old paint(touch up). I'm afraid that more of this paint will be pealing off within a year. One or two of these things, okay, but these are too many, thus my grief."

"The team at AZ Grand Roofing and Painting did an excellent job!"

"I would like to thank Shawn C for coming out and giving us a quote for replacing our asphalt shingle roof. He was professional and very knowledgeable about roofing options. I appreciate that he was very respectful of my request to communicate via email or text as I work nights. He was prompt for the appointment. He showed me lots of different samples and options. I appreciate his time and attention. The quote was out of our budget for this project, but we may consider DeBella for future projects."
