"Galvin was fantastic! Professional and very thorough! During my home inspection there were a couple areas noted that looked like carpenter ant damage. Not only did he inspect the areas of concern, but also the entire home and garage for any other potential issues. He gave me great recommendations during the inspection, along with a detailed report stating everything we talked about, and was patient with all my questions. I work in quality assurance in the food industry and have worked with several pest control companies throughout my career. I highly recommend Galvin/YPC as they are definitely top of the line for pest control and prevention."

"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"We found swarming termites in our house two consecutive days. At this point we called a few pest control companies to understand what was going on, the amount of work that needed to get done, and provide us with estimates. P&S was able to come out on short notice to provide us with a comprehensive estimate. It was obvious that Vitaly has lots of experience with termites and is extremely knowledgeable on how to remove them from your home. He walked me through the work they would do and provided a very competitive estimate. I spoke with Stacey in the office to sign the contract and schedule the visit, she was very pleasant to work with at all stages. A few days later Paul and Vitaly came to complete the install, they worked for 4 hours to install a liquid barrier around the house. They completed the work on schedule and without major disruption to the house and landscaping. P&S will be monitoring our situation for the next 2 years to make sure that they are really gone. So far everything looks like it was done well, I guess only time will tell if the termites come back. But I believe that we are in good shape with P&S taking care of the problem.

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
