"We hired Joyland to replace our aging roof on the house and the garage. It was a large project that needed repairs and they were prepared for all of it. Their cost came in line with others and the clean up was amazing. I was kept informed daily with progress and extra costs for damage repair so i had no surprises in the end. Everyone we dealt with from getting our estimate from Beniah to the final manager inspection from Jamie were a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew run by Elio were respectful and friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for roofing and I will be using them for my gutter replacement in the future. "

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"I called yesterday because we had a watermark on our ceiling and were afraid our roof had a leak. Tyler came today, inspected our roof, and fixed what he thought was the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a new roof like some roofers automatically do. This company put on our roof many years ago, and we have not had any problems with it. It also recently put on a new roof on our son’s home, as well as his neighbor’s home. We would definitely use this company again."

"Diversified roofing and Reuben were great to work with. Reuben came out to our home to analyze what was going on with a leaking section of our roof. Reuben obviously had a lot of experience both with roofing and construction, so we went forward with the repair project. After removing a 20 year old section of roof we saw several very large gaps and holes in the plywood underlayment just above our gutters. Reuben laid down Grace water and ice shield underlayment and replaced that section of damaged roofing. The problem has been resolved. Both Reuben and the home office were great to work with. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them for your roofing project."

"My job was a small job & weather in our area has been nothing but rain, putting any contrator behind schedule. I didn't have much hope of getting the problem fixed before the next storm, but these guys took care of it quickly & before we had any more rain! Returned my call promptly, arrived when scheduled. The workmen were polite & prompt & did exactly as they should in a timely matter. I would recommend these guys to anyone."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
