"SG&A's owner (Mike) bid the work.  We ended up selecting his firm primarily due to their experience and design capability (they were able to "show" us what the gate design would look like with a simulated "picture" prior to any work being performed).  SG&A fabricated the gate based upon the agreed design.  We also had Mike orchestrate all the rural King County permits, cable/power line markings, electrical contractors, and trench digging (for electrical conduit supply) to the electrical supply junction.  Duke and David were his primary employees and appeared to be diligent in their work. <br> <br>The completed gate was installed late April (about a 3 month process) and is working well.  They include a one year maintenance plan and will be out in six months for a service call to ensure all parts, components, and operational aspects are in strong working order. <br> <br>While SG&A was the most expensive bid, I definitely believe we got a high quality gate that will last for many years.  We strongly recommend SG&A for your security gate needs."

"We are so happy with our new custom fence! This was not a "typical" job. It is a small yard that wraps around the back and sides of the house. We needed some areas to have privacy fencing, and some to have a picket with space between the boards, 4 gates, some pieces to connect to existing fencing, and some of the fence to sit on top of a retaining wall. The fence came out beautifully and totally meets our needs. They were very responsive when we needed the estimate and fully designed proposal. "Mark came to our house on time, spent a long time listening to our needs and wishes, and made great suggestions. My husband had already made a detailed blueprint of the fence, and he was enthusiastic about the prospect of building a creative design. We had a limited budget, but Mark was amazing at helping us get the fence we wanted within our budget constraints. However, they always picked up the pace as soon as workers were available. We will definitely hire them again when ready to replace our old pathway with new stonework."

"Our experience with Andrew Eades was excellent.  He called back soon after I left a message. He made an appointment for an estimate and was on time for that appointment.  He brought along a large photo album of his work and it was easy for me to see samples and choose my design. He came once more to do his measuring and then built and installed the railing to our specifications.  The handrail is beautiful and of course will be useful for anyone climbing the stairs.  I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a beautiful wrought iron railing. "Le showed up to on time to provide an estimate for extensive yard cleanup, removal of soil and planters, power washing and tree pruning. His 2 person crew showed up and finished the work in the time estimated and did a thorough job. I also received an estimate for replacing 100+ feet of existing fence and it was an attractive offer that is pending other bids. We are doing the work prior to putting the house on the market and Le also offered reasonable options for paving and landscaping so we will probably utilize his services again."
