He was flexible in making changes that I requested including changing out a warped fascia board. Construction day went very smoothly. Alberto and his 7 member crew showed up on time, tore off the old roof in 1 day, installed new 2" metal drip edge all around/2 rows of ice guard/new CertainTeed Premier asphalt shingles, and cleaned up the 2nd day. There was not a trace of any nails, debris, etc anywhere in the yard.
