"I had a hot water line burst earlier this year and, in the time it took for my insurance company to approve my claim, toxic amounts of mold and mildew built up in my crawl space. Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. "Summit arrived on time and on schedule. Their office called the day prior to reconfirm the appointment. The crew called along the way to say they would be arriving on schedule.  <br /> The owner showed up with two technicians. The first thing they all did was put on shoe protectors; then the owner, Stephen, showed his assistants the items to be cleaned. Stephen had been the one to give me my bid, so he knew "the couch". They moved the coffee table and Stephen explained what was going to be done.  <br /> Before beginning to clean the sectionals and the ottoman, Steve and the guys put down tarps to protect my slate floors and carpets which had recently been cleaned, from any residue from the hoses. Next he made sure that all the equipment was operating just the way he wanted it for the raw cotton. Stephen explained that just the right amount of water needed to be used or the cotton could be ruined.  <br /> First they vacuumed all the components, the bases, the seat cushions and the back cushions, all over and in all directions.  <br /> When they began to clean the couch it was immediately apparent that their cleaning was going to make a huge difference! <br /> Our sectional couch was very dirty and had never been cleaned and now it was looking like new.  <br /> I was so thrilled at how my sectionals looked after being cleaned. that I bought the MicroSeal for another $750. <br /> Normally I would only do something like that on new furniture but this cleaning was so good that I wanted to keep it that way.  <br /> Summit came at 11 am and did not leave until 3;30 pm. Procedure was being explained and demonstrated though out the cleaning. Three men, using two hoses, took their time and did an excellent job. Everything from our entrance walkway to the couch itself was spotless. All the hoses had been carefully removed and the tarps folded so as not to spill anything out on the floors.  <br /> All the workers were so professional, friendly and caring, it was a joy to have them in our home. They did some free carpet "corrections"for me that I am still waiting on the other carpet company to come back and do. <strong>The difference is impressive.(I took before and after photos of the carpet corrections, wish I had on the sectional couch)</strong>The next time I clean our carpets, I shall use Summit Cleaning - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR  WITH SUMMIT! <br /> In short, I used  Summit Cleaning for upholstery cleaning and learned a lot. <br /> <strong>Summit Cleaners may not be the cheapest, but I do believe they are the best! <br /> </strong> <br />"
