Also recommended a follow up visit by an electrician should the problem happen again, so the the circuit breaker function could be evaluated. Did NOT try to sell me a new water heater, although they COULD have considering do not live in the area and had to go with whatever they diagnosed as the problem. GREAT personal touch by the co-owner to make sure we were taken care of promptly. I will call them any time I need plumbing help in the future."
