"Gregory Torres came out quickly and had my toilet issue (that I caused lol) fixed and it works perfectly now. Answered all my questions, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for any issues that arise in the future. Thank you Greg and keep up the great work!"

"Excellent contractor. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and took care of replacing our leaking water heater, and also brought gas and water hookups up to code. I will hire them again if we have any future plumbing needs."

"I have been a builder for 38 years and used many plumbers. Randy’s plumbing service was top-notch. They were timely per our schedule. They passed inspections immediately. The work was done professionally and according to building codes. He got everything done in just a few days for the underground plumbing for prior to slab work and all the yard lines. Thank you Randy, I really appreciate you and your workers! I have hired Randy’s plumbing service to do underground plumbing, top out and finish plumbing for a new custom home, so the complete plumbing job."

"I highly recommend Ortega Quality Mechanical for all your plumbing/mechanical needs. They are very professional and extremely detailed in ensuring that everything is done correctly. The Ortega team shut down my heating units and serviced my evaporative coolers for seasonal operation. Each cooler was thoroughly cleaned and each cooling zone was tested for functionality and comfort. Additionally, they troubleshot and repaired one of the radiant floor heating zones that had continued to operate at a high temperature even when turned down to the lowest level. This was significant because a previous mechanical contractor had been unable to resolve this problem, which meant that this particular zone of the house always remained uncomfortably warm. Ortega Quality Mechanical had the expertise to readily fix this problem. I am please to have finally found a mechanical contractor who I can trust to get the work done correctly and at a very reasonable price."

"They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I was unable to hire them for the water treatment system I purchased on my own as it would not fit in any of the places I had available. They offered me other options, such as smaller water treatment systems that would fit in my home, and they were not at all high-pressure about it. I have used this company for other projects and have been very pleased. I did not know they carried water treatment systems or I would have called them before buying one elsewhere. They will be my go to guys from now on."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"The crew that worked on this remodel, led by Alejandro, were prompt in arriving, patient with our questions, and very responsive to our requests. They were very skilled and thorough, and completely changed our home for the better. I highly recommend this company, since it provides full services, such that plumbing and electrical are available from within the organization, as opposed to waiting for subcontractors to respond."
