"Communication regarding scheduling was lax. I was in and out of town for a while and needed to pin down when the work would be performed, a few weeks out. It was difficult to get a specific date. The roofers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their normal gutter team wasn't available, so they subbed it out. The gutter people left a mess, shards of sharp metal all over the place. Mario and Lisa were very apologetic about that, and the gutter people called to apologize too. Econo sent one of his guys to finish the cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters look great. I chose them because their price was competitive and because of the Owens Corning premier warranty."

"Elite Roofing was very prompt, polite and honest from beginning to end, including the first phone call to solicit a quote. They came out within a day or two and measured my roof. Elite was very accommodating as I went back and forth to their office several times to pick up roofing samples. They even provided me some addresses where samples I was interested in had been installed so I could see what it looked like on a rooftop rather than just a sample board. Tear down was a one day affair with a very professional crew. The old shingles were removed and they installed the sheeting and underlayment on day one. No joking around or wasting of time. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned up and used a big magnet to get any nails and blew off the sawdust and chaff. Nice! Installation happened on the next day with the same professionalism. At the end of each day, a company rep came by the job to inspect the work that had been done by the crew. The thing that really impressed me was that the job was scheduled to begin on a Monday. When that Monday arrived, it was overcast with a slight chance of rain. Tim texted me and delayed the job until the next day when all threat of precipitation had passed. Not sure if every company would have done this."

The entire job took one week including solar removal and reinstall (has a solar installer). They were punctual, and very thoughtful and clean,hauled off old roof. "This is an amazing company from start to finish. Very responsive, easy to work with, respectful and very clean! Roofing can be a really messy job and these guys were CLEAN! I have an old school terra-cotta tile and they matched it perfectly. They repaired old broken tiles, re-papered where it was needed and prepped the entire roof for solar. They installed a matching composition shingle in every area where my solar company was going to install their panels and it came out PERFECT! You can not see the composition roof and the solar panels look like they are recessed in the roof giving it that flush mounted look. Honestly, i don't write reviews, I'm too busy...I have four kids and full time work and home projects. I am just so impressed that I could not not write a review for this company. Oh! and they also changed all my vents to a low profile vent that looks like a tile so you can't even see where the roof vents are, simply AMAZING! I highly recommend this roofing company!"
