This was a hard job to remove trapped birds in my exhaust vent behind my microwave and above my range. there was a rather large nest and unfortunately 5 dead baby birds were found, and one alive which flew through my house and out the door. The microwave had to be detached and taken out. Besides myself and my son we all pitched in to help with the microwave. Jake cleared out all the nesting material and other matter, sanitized and installed wire cage at every vent opening out side to prevent this happening again. It was sad that the birds died but the way they were wedged in this small space , they were doomed."

The office forgot to call to confirm the day and time they were coming back but since we were home it wasn't a problem and we were glad to have them there to complete the job.
