"Everything went very well. Ron has a small team that he works with to complete his jobs. He was on-site nearly every day and completed the majority of the work with Dan, someone who has been working with Ron for nearly 10 years. After they removed the deck, we had siding missing. Dan has many years of experience with siding and did a great job of replacing the missing siding (after matching the old siding color at Home Depot and painting the new siding, it is difficult to distinguish the new siding from the old). Their attention to detail was wonderful. Whenever it came to a design question or how to lay out the pavers, they made sure to check with us before proceeding. They also were careful and proactive in protecting our new driveway, fixing any soil that got damaged by their equipment, and cleaning up after their work. The concrete slab is a beauty. Ron placed large stones on the two sides of the shed base that cut into the hill, and it looks great. This is one of the nicest shed bases I’ve seen. I would work with Ron again – no hesitation! He was punctual, communicated well, and worked closely with us to ensure the patio was what we wanted. After hiring Ron to do this work, I was happy by the uniformly positive feedback I heard from others who have worked with him (e.g., workers at Sensenig's where we purchased the pavers). Although his operation is small (there are no fancy brochures or sweet-talking salespeople), it is nice knowing that you will get the “A-Team” if you hire Ron because he has only 1 team and he is on it. He also does not have much of a web presence as he relies primarily on word of mouth. In total, we paid $33,900 for this work and are happy with this price and our finished product."

"<hr /> <hr />      It went very well and am extremely pleased with our new driveway. After talking to a number of driveway paving companies, I chose Trimaldi. There are a lot of paving companies out there and you never know if they'll do a good job. <br />      I talked to many companies. When talking to each company, I asked their opinion about what needed to be done with the driveway. One of the first things that  Pat Trimaldi said was that he would repair the damaged areas by cutting them out. Also, cut out the existing area near the garages so there would be a smooth transition into the garages.  Other companies wanted to only build on top of the old areas and not do any prep work first. The same damage would just show up later. I was impressed that Pat explained exactly what he thought needed to be done to our old deteriorating driveway. <br />        Trimaldi wasn't the least or most expensive, but they know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Other companies didn't listen to what I wanted in parking areas and a turnaround. Also, some companies only wanted to put down 1" of asphalt instead of 2", so of course it was less expensive. So, make sure you ask questions! <br />       They told me it would take 2 full days for the new driveway. They came promptly the first day to do the repair work and put down the stone base for the new areas. It had rained that night and they told me they wanted to wait a few days for the stone base to settle and drain after the rain. Originally I asked other companies about if it happened to rain during the process and they just said they would work through it. You want a good base for your driveway with the stone asphalt to settle, so the new asphalt doesn't sink.  <br /> <blockquote> <br /> </blockquote>     Overall I'm very pleased with the driveway and would hire them again! <br />"

"The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

"Full disclosure: the owner is my wife's cousin's husband. Which means I see him maybe once every 7 years at family functions. I hired Sharp Construction because I knew I could trust the owner to to a great job at a fair price. The owner is of the mindset "do it right, once". I had problems with water infiltration/damage/rot that only got worse as the project moved along. I had set aside some money for repairs, but ended up superseding my repair budget (hence only being able to side two sides of the house). Sharp Construction fixed all my issues for good. In fact, many times he had already seen and fixed problems before I even knew they existed. The owner is on site doing the work with his skilled crew. His attention to detail is what I appreciated the most. I am a VERY particular person. I expect perfection when I fork over my hard earned money and believe me - I notice each and every little imperfection, if it is there. Sharp construction did not disappoint.
