"When I saw my refinished oak floors for the first time, I cried tears of devastation. After paying over $6000 to have the floors in my newly purchased dream home refinished, I came home to find footprints in the stain, chatter marks, pooled staining along our baseboards, and splotchy stain throughout. I have honestly never seen floors so poorly finished. We had the company return to fix the most egregious areas of the home but could not even bear to risk having them re-do entire rooms for fear that they make the flooring even worse. The company was very kind and easy to work with... they just dont have the skillset required to do quality work. We are already saving to have them re-done by another company in the future."

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"Refinished Bruce Pre-finished hardwood in kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Performed three repairs on water damaged wood. Installed LVP in two small bathrooms. Hardwood refinishing came out really well! Was not the least expensive estimate but offered a refinish process that was more thorough. Repairs came out well, and the LVP in the bathrooms looks good. Took a day longer than planned but results were worth it. Highly recommended!"

"The owner personally came to our home and walked through the area to measure and show us the examples. Once we picked the flooring he quickly provided an estimate. The work team let us know exactly when they would begin work and arrived right on time. The flooring and carpet removal as well as laying the new hardwood was completed in one day. The sanding and refinishing took two days for the final coat of finish and sanding. They did a good job of keeping the dust contained and cleaning up after the job. The crew was polite and courteous and eager to make right any errors or adjustments we requested. We will be going back for any future flooring needs."

"Kustom Floors and its owner Mr. Rudy Arredondo did a spectacular job refinishing the hardwood floors in my home. This hardwood floor installed in 1954 needed to be replaced because it looked ugly, worn out and beat up. Kustom Floors did such a high quality job that the refinished floors now look like new. My wife and I sometimes look at pictures showing the flooring before KF came in and it is honestly hard to believe it could be rescued from so much deterioration. I only wanted to use a stain and coats that were green and zero VOC. I contacted another well regarded company and they only offered duraseal which is toxic and I did not want my family and dog to inhale its toxic fumes. Thankfully, Kustom Floors offered a zero VOC solution (Rubio Monocoat): natural, clean and beautiful. To my surprise their pricing for their superior zero VOC stain and coat was reasonable compared to the duraseal estimate from the well regarded competitor. They also removed an old dirty carpet in my basement and installed vinyl flooring. This job was executed with precision and attention to detail. I highly recommend KF. In fact, I am interested in replacing my kitchen floor with them."
