The reason I bring that up now, is because when I came back a year later, Liz the sales associate that I worked with a year earlier, immediately remembered me, my name, my wife's name, and even that I had two cats. She is really the reason that we went with the Rug Shoppe for our carpet purchase as she is a delight to work with. As we were looking for carpet, Liz was great in helping us find stain resistant carpets that are good for households with pets. I did get quotes from other locations, and The Rug Shoppe did not come in as the lowest, however when I told this to Liz, she worked hard to get me a price that matched the lowest bid I received elsewhere. They showed up to do the work on time. They moved my furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and put the furniture back in place all in one day. All in all, I'm very pleased with the job."
