"The work went smoothly , I had a lot of water damage which did not appear till the tiles had been removed. The subflooring  was badly damaged due water, so the floor had to be replaced and new flooring put down. Bobby did a great job and the floor looks amazing.  I did have a problem with the toilet that Bobby installed but he came back the next morning to fix the issue. Bobby was very polite and trustworthy , he would discuss with me the best course of action before going ahead,the price did go up from his original quote but that was because of the extent of the damage and the extra work needed to fix it.

 I would use Bobby again he was extremely thorough in his work and it was always cleaned up after each day .

"This appointment was the free maintenance checkup following the installation in June 2014.  Scott H was my Service Technician.  He was very professional, arriving on time; explaining what he will check during this appointment; explaining his findings; making sure I scheduled my next maintenance checkup, also, making sure I had signed up for the Maintenance Agreement. Additionally, Scott H connected me to Christie in the Alpine Office to make sure they knew that I am an Angie's List member. He was very pleasant and comforting to talk to making sure I understood my system. He also made sure he covered his shoes when entering my home. I give Alpine an "A" rating."

"This company worked with our insurance company to replace our roof.  Our only out of pocket expense was our insurance deductible plus for the ridge vent we wanted but insurance wouldn't cover.  Their cost was better than another company we had gotten an estimate from.  All our communication was through the owner, Tom Gentry.  Tom made us felt comfortable from the beginning and we were sure they could be trusted.  We were right!  They did a great job and treated us fairly.  My only regret is that they are pretty far from Raleigh and can't help us with other household repairs we need!  If you need a company that does a great job and treats you fairly, look no further than General Repairs and Restoration!
